This WILL spawn a living armor, however if you position a Smith's Forge adjacent ONLY to a village they will not spawn into the village. Optional Strategy used above: I like the Smith's Forge 20% defense buff. Generally Watcher Mages are easier to get loot from. Killing these will reward Time shards which turn into an Astral Orb after ten shards are acquired. This happens after you have depleted the Bookery from its 20 charges in which it becomes an Abandoned Bookery. Placing a Bookery adjacent to Wheat Field will allow the Watchers (Cosmic Creatures) to evolve into Watcher Mages. Villages will be exempt from a watcher spawning on them so long as no Bandit Camps are up. General Information: Using the Temporal Beacon will spawn Watchers on tiles that spawn enemies. Chapter 3+ the Scarecrows will unlock an ability that makes farming this method.horrifying! (Pun intended) thanks for the tip: tanedhelion! It is recommended to do this on Chapter 2 only.Doing the above results in you only fighting on Wheat Field versus 1 or 2 Scarecrows and a single Watcher Mage. Priority use for Oblivions is Bandit Camps.Remember every ten tile placements of Thickets will result in a (Village?) spawning. Forests and Meadows are not needed / efficient. Place Bookery around the pathing so that every Wheat Field is covered by them.Place Villages between wheat fields for maximum hp regen.Place Temporal Beacons so that every square you path on is covered.(You'll need one) DO NOT pick any other card that can spawn enemies. Optional Cards : Smith's Forge - Road Lantern - Chrono Crystals - Outpost. Results vary.Ĭards Needed: Village - Wheat Field - Forest - Meadow - Oblivion - Temporal Beacon - Bookery Loop 8 was when this basic outline was finished, minus some Thickets. I chose Smith's Forge as my optional card. THIS IS ONLY A BASIC GUIDE!!! Feel free to add tips / suggestions in the comments below.Ĭhapter 2 was used with a Rogue.
